Relocated to New York City in 1981, where he joined Crash. Moved to London in 1986, where he formed Something Pretty Beautiful and later Gone Walkers. Currently living in Florida and fronting Gone Walkers and Agent 13. Not to be confused with the songwriter Bill Carey (2).
