Flores has performed and recorded with a wide variety of musicians including Jeff Bridges and the Abiders, Wanda Jackson, Lowell Fulsom, Big Joe Turner, Rosie Flores, Mike Seeger, Fernest Arceneaux, Louie Ortega (of the Texas Tornadoes), the Rincon Ramblers, Pontiax, Whiskey Chimp, the Ventucky String Band, the Detroit Sportsmen's Congress, Chris Cairns Band, Little Jonny & the Giants, Blue Stew, The Gypsy Blues Band, Hot Roux and many more. Bill has toured across the U.S., Canada and Europe and has appeared at such festivals as the Strawberry Music Festival, the Kerrville Folk Festival, Live Oak Festival, Peer Blues Festival (Belgium), Nice Jazz Festival (France), Vienne Jazz Festival (France), the High Sierra Festival, Sacramento Blues Festival, the Wild Iris Festival, Columbia River Gorge Mixed-Bag Festival, and others.
