Bill Griffith and The Jack Pine Ramblers were the long-time house band of 'The Belfair Barn' in Belfair WA The venue was an actual converted barn that featured local and national talent from 1945-1966. Bill Griffith was the band leader of The Jack Pine Ramblers, who sang and played fiddle. Bill also released two other solo singles on his own 'Belfair Records'. This shellac 78rpm record was originally released in 1959, but in ensuing years the song 'Autograph Book' has been included in several 'Hillbilly' and C&W compilations including 'Foot Loose and Fancy Free' (Collector Records, 2012) and 'Country Music From the Pacific Northwest' (B.A.C.M. 2017), This is NOT the cartoonist Bill Griffith of 'Zippy The Pinhead'.
