American collage & assemblage artist, working with and in vintage linoleum medium - his work reflecting the 'working class' aspects of life, occupations and industries. It is perhaps ironic that he was selected to illustrate Zappa's Congress Shall Make No Law (marking the 25th anniversary of Zappa’s anti-censorship testimony on Capitol Hill to support artistic freedom of expression), as Miller has also featured in a number of 'SOFA' art presentations [international Sculpture Objects & Functional Art fairs]. A further addition to the FZ 'conceptual continuity' One Size Fits All = OSFA = 'SOFA'
