Bill Taylor, a trombone player with the Peabody Ragtime Ensemble who played with the Tunetoppers until the early 1960s. Bill earned his Bachelor of Music degree from University of Maryland and pursued graduate studies there and at the Peabody Conservatory. He was principal trombone of the U.S. Naval Academy Band and taught music in the Anne Arundel County School System. Bill has performed with many stage and screen stars including Frank Sinatra, Johnny Mathis, Bob Hope, Liza Minnelli, Red Skelton and Judy Garland. Bill has been a member of Peabody Ragtime Ensemble since 1986.
