Includes 11" x 11" one-sided b/w printed paper insert and 8" x 3,5" red paper insert. Thanks to Henry Flynt, Alberto Lopez, Xabier Erkizia, Brian Turner & WFMU. From the back side of the sleeve: "Anti-Copyright". Insert mistakenly refers catalog number as PAN 8. Mastering studio info taken from label's website.
