Single JM 1970 on Champion label
Reggae (Reggae)
Side A, the vocal, is on the Champion label, stating © 1969 & 1970 with logo for Jamaica Prime Minister's Export Award. Side B, a DeeJay-version - credited to Carifta All Stars but has Charlie Ace on lead-vocals toasting the A-side's riddim - is on the Carifta label. Both sides even credit E. Ellis, very likely Bertel Ellis (who produced Jamaica Will Wear A Crown); it remains unclear if E. Ellis gets credited for production or song-writing but it's quite likely he's the producer although the UK-release of "Harder They Come" (Green Door, GD-4040) shows production-credits for Alvin Ranglin.
