William Joseph "Billy" Ficca (born February 15, 1950, Delaware) is a rock drummer who has played with the influential rock band Television, plus Nona Hendryx & Zero Cool, 40 Familys, The Washington Squares, The Waitresses and The Neon Boys. He frequently performed with guitarist/vocalist Tom Verlaine and bassist Richard Hell as well as bassist Clint Bahr. He also played with the French poetess and singer Sapho in 1980 on her LP called "Sapho".
