Deluxe double gatefold limited edition. 2x 145 gram vinyl + 1CD First 100 copies were sent with a limited-edition 12″ x 36 silk-screen print of the album artwork. Shorter runout grooves than the Euro release, (track grooves are more spaced-out). Inner sleeve for the first disc is also colour, whereas the Euro pressing's is black and white.
