Breaking out around the peak of the broken beat sound and jumped on by DJs everywhere, smashing dancefloors for days, “Afrospace” is a much-loved classic and also serves as the perfect introduction to the sound of Blakai Productions - exhilarating soulful music over the most wild and infectious grooves. Blakai are Mark Force, Kaidi Tatham and Matt Lord – members of hugely influential Broken Beat supergroup “Bugz In The Attic”. Their brand new online label Ten50 Records (www.ten50.net) has been set up to provide an outlet for their productions both individually and as a unit, with numerous exciting releases lined up in the coming months. Vocals are delivered in inimitable style by the legendary Bembe Segue, known for her sensational musical collaborations with artists Dego, Bugz In The Attic, IG Culture and Mark de-Clive Lowe, and an integral part of the West London sound from day one.
