Made in the UK. ℗ 2002 Kickin Music Limited. © 2002 Kickin Music Limited. An initial pressing of 500 units was manufactured in this sleeve with the Mel Cheren artwork under the SLIPCD102 cat no. These were later changed to the 'cigar' artwork at the behest of label owner Peter Harris after he decided he didn't think the Mel Cheren artwork was suitable for the release even though Blaze had expressed they wanted the Mel Cheren artwork for the release.
