Single UK 1991 on Gotham Records label
Pop
The single was the second and final release under the project Blessings in Disguise, and unlike the first single Crying in the Rain from 1989, Chance to Be did not feature Noddy Holder or any of the band members Bill Hunt, Craig Fenney and Bob Lamb. Released in 1991, the single was a charity record intended to raise money for Queen Alexandra College for the Blind in Birmingham. The leading vocalists chosen for the track was ex-vocalist of Shakatak Norma Lewis and local singer Michael Ryan. For the project, Hill's band name, Blessing in Disguise, was picked as the group name.
