One of the most prominent Cuban metal acts nowadays, Blinder was born from the ashes of the legendary Santa Clara-based death metal act Medium. They have gone from traditional death metal to industrial metal to melodic death/thrash, sometimes coloring their output with subtle-but-still-noticeable idiosyncratic Cuban elements. They cite Arch Enemy, Amon Amarth, Fear Factory and Unleashed as their main influences.
