Formed in 1986 by Drummer/Lead Singer Kenny "Zen" Szenborn, under the name Dementia (28). In 1989 changed names to Bloodbath (13), and then in 1990 changed again to Bloodbath S.A.F. to avoid confusion with the Californian Thrash Metal band Bloodbath, which was active at the same time as them.
