Born: March 22, 1952, Queens, New York Bob Costas has been with NBC Sports since 1979. He has covered Major League Baseball, the NFL, the NBA, and college basketball. Costas has hosted just about every major sporting event, including numerous World Series, Super Bowls, NBA Championships, the 1992 Summer Olympic Games in Barcelona and the 2002 Winter Games in Salt Lake City.
