the Boldon Banjoes were recorded at the Leader Sound Studios on March 31 and April 1, 1973. Bob and the Rakes at the Swan and Sugar Loaf, Croydon, on June 12, 1973. Bob solo at Bob and Daisy Keightley's house on July 26, 1973. The photograph on the front is Mrs Eliza Irving, of Gateshead, Co Durham, Bob's great aunt.
