Folds out to a four-panel digipak, first houses a 12-page booklet (reviews by Lisa Robinson from Disc and Nat Hentoff of the New York Times and some photos), the others for indentical-looking picture discs with the same photo as on the cover of this (same photo used for the booklet cover). The liner trays have photos of The Band.
