These recordings were excerpted from one continuous live six hour set performed in its entirety and represent improvisation in its most pure and basic form. No second takes. The tape rolled and the music flowed. This series of recordings represents the culmination of 20 years of musical ideas and concepts by composer/musician Bob Szajner performed this one and only time and captured as it happened. The continuation of this session can be found on Sound Ideas (SS-77003) and Afterthoughts (SS-77004).
