Bobby Melody sang with the Devine Brothers and recorded the original cut of this tune for Lee Perry as the Devine Brothers 'Warrior' released on Upsetter. This updated version was also released as 'Tribal Man' on 7" on Hi-Rock label with Brigadier Jerry on the flip side. The 12" release is the only issue with the dub version.
