Boglárka Pecze (b. 1986) is a German-Hungarian clarinetist, and one of the founding members of Trio Catch. After graduating from the National Conservatory in Pécs, Hungary in 2004, Boglarka has been living in Germany. She took further training from Reiner Wehle at Musikhochschule Lübeck and was awarded a scholarship from the International Ensemble Modern Academy (2009/10) in Frankfurt, finishing with a postgraduate qualification in new music under the supervision of Nina Janßen-Deinzer. Pecze gave numerous solo recitals and chamber performances in Europe, Asia, and the USA. She appeared at several high-profile international events, such as Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival, Salzburger Festspiele, and the Internationales Musikfestival Shanghai. As a guest soloist, Boglárka Pecze has been playing with Ensemble Modern, Ensemble Linea, and Ensemble Resonanz. The artist has been regularly collaborating with Helmut Lachenmann, Peter Eötvös, Johannes Maria Staud, Márton Illés, Georges Aperghis, and other prominent contemporary composers.
