Austrian-Bulgarian concert pianist and teacher, born in Sofia. Noev studied under Carlo Zecchi at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia and gave his first public concert at the age of 13 with the Razgrad Philharmonic Orchestra. He has received numerous awards and recognitions, such as the second prize at the Ferruccio Busoni International Piano Competition in 1965 and an honorary professorship of the state of Austria in 2005, among others.
