The Bolton Youth Concert Band was formed in 1975 by a member of the Authority's Instrumental Teaching Service, in order to provide an opportunity for young woodwind, brass & percussion players to develop their musical skills. The band comprises of sixty players. Rehersals took place at: Bolton Music Centre, Derby Street Bolton UK
