Released in a picture sleeve with round black & white cover sticker: "3 TRACK 12" includes previously unreleased track "ESSAYS ON BDP-ISM" JIVE T 179". Another round black & white cover sticker states: "INCLUDES FREE PATCH JIVE T 179". Track durations printed on labels. Made in England.
