Brandon sings lead and baritone vocals for the band and plays dobro and guitar. Brandon also plays the mandolin when Keith Garrett is touring with the Boxcars. Brandon has been part of Blue Moon Rising for over six years and provided his soulful lead vocals on many tracks on the album, Strange New World. In addition to Blue Moon Rising, Brandon has toured with Valerie Smith and Liberty Pike, is a consultant to the wildly popular Darrell Brothers duet, and currently tours with the beautiful and legendary Patty Loveless. Brandon also operates his own recording studio, Root Note Studio.
