Unofficial release with the original mixes of all tracks and featuring the Kathryn Kuhlman voice samples on track 2 intact. The official release was delayed because Kuhlman's estate sued to have her voice removed and won. This release claims to be "First Edition" as well as "Promotional Copy" which is patently absurd as it's clearly a bootleg. The sound quality is quite good, however. In the italian RockStar magazine, december 1980, there was an article about the forthcoming album stopped after the legal controversy, with detailed reviews of every track and all the original titles (or working titles): Side A 1- Mea Culpa 2- Lot 3- Regiment 4- Iron Bed 5- America Is Waiting Side B 1- Breathing Once a Minute 2- Shaking With My Voice 3- Cunning Tendency 4- Late But Serious 5- In The Castle Of My Skin 6- Spirit Of Prey 7- Mountain Of Needles
