Musician of Dance
et me tell you a little bit more about myself. I was born on May 22nd, 1988.. and ever since I was a child, I was always interested in music. When I was 5 years old I started playing the keyboards, and then piano, and later on I got a bass when I turned 12. I was interested in rock and blues at that time, but gradually turned into a wider range of genres like heavy metal and funk when I got my first electric guitar. Regarding electronic music (as a Dj), it all started mixing progressive and house, around the ealry 2006, but I was quicky attracted to Richie Hawtin, Shonky, Adam Beyer among others, I was completely seduced by those sounds, and ended up with Minimal, Deep and Techno. It was then when I could finally feel fully satisfied by these genres. I participated in many contests as dj, standing out for my creative mixes and my personal musical taste. I was in the Buenos Aires Trance Contest (where the main attraction was Infected Mushroom). I was awarded second place among 60 other participants, even though my mixes were from a different musical genre. Despite of this success, I was eager to find a more fulfilling satisfaction in my musical carreer, so I began working as a producer in early 2009, especially in Minimal & Techno where I focus on the bass because I believe that the life of the song is there, and it can make it aggressive or peaceful. I struggle to find a tune which I can feel identified with, and that is different from all the others. I try to be innovative with ambiental sounds, sampled voices from videos, or whatever comes to my mind, like the song "hello boy" in which I used the voice of an erotic advertisement, or in "what you said" in which I used the voice of a person with a speech impairment. Tibetan singing bowls, dolphins, screams, holophony..I find the resources are unlimmited when I'm producing.
