Graphic artist and designer, who was a member of American comedy and musical parody group "Brother A. West and His World Salivation Ministry". In the 1980s the group supported Sonic Youth and the Meat Puppets in their opening appearances in L.A. The "W.S.M." (World Salivation Ministry) also toured the US and opened for the Minutemen. One other member of the W.S.M. was Dale Warner of "The Rubatos". Brother A. West features on a Zappa track; "A Few Moments With Brother A. West" on The Best Band You Never Heard In Your Life & on Return Of The Son Of Kill Ugly Radio. Brother A. West uses a distinctive symbolism or hieroglyphs for his art signature, similar to; ∆WEST
