Brown Cuts Neighbors was a collaborative art, music, and video project active from 1980-2002 in various forms. The group was directed by Jason Martin (9) and Colleen Martin (AKA Lady Starlight), Jim Kopta and Marc Arsenault. The group was dissolved in 2002 after the death of James Kopta.
