A.k.a. Bruce Richard Reynolds

English former thief, born 7 September 1931 in London, England, UK, died 28 February 2013 in Croydon, Surrey, England, UK. He was the mastermind behind the 1963 Great Train Robbery. He fled the country and lived under false names overseas before returning to the UK to face trial and imprisonment. Since his release he has spoken and written about his life and crimes and authored The Autobiography of a Thief.
