Original pressings of this come with the above photo of a purple background and the effects used with the photo and the small images on the right side, and the discs themselves say Bruce Springsteen above the title; later pressings are a different color cover, with the photo in the middle larger and no visual/art effects on it, and the discs do not say Bruce Springsteen on it. All songs but the last two tracks on disc 3 were recorded at the Paramount Theater in Portland, Oregon, on December 19, 1978. The bonus tracks on disc 3, tracks 10 and 11, were recorded in Seattle on December 20th, 1978. Audience recording. Comes with a two-sided, two panel insert, also may be noted as a 4 page booklet.
