Died: January 21, 1987, Chicago, Ill. A pioneer in U.S. Polish radio programming. ``Junior`` was in ``The troubles of the Siekierka Family,`` a segment of ``The Grunwald Hour,`` one of the longest-running radio shows in Chicago, broadcast over station WCEV-AM. Associated with radio for more than 55 years, Mr. Zielinski was inducted into the International Polka Music Hall of Fame last year in the pioneer category. He was credited with the launching in 1957 of ``It`s Polka Time,`` the first national polka TV program, which was shown on the ABC network in 36 states for two years.
