A.k.a. Bryon Adamson
Bryon Adamson is a multi-instrumentalist and artist, born in Scotland, but mainly raised in the New Forest on the South coast of the UK. He played bass on all of the Restoration II material, and additionally keyboards / samplers on Revolution By Night's only full length release 1995's album "Breathe". He also played guitar and piano on the bands cover version of the Mission's "Kingdom Come" which was released on a Mission tribute album in Germany. He co-composed every original track in this time frame including the track "Selling Heaven" which was released on the "Dreams In The Witch House" compilation CD. When Revolution By Night progressed to a future-pop / electro / synth-pop format in 2000 he wrote and played keys, except for the gig in Leipzig WGT (2000) where he only played guitar. Around the time of the release of the "Faithless" EP in 2003 Adamson dropped the double-barrelled surname. From then until this band's dissolution in 2012 (including the rename to RBN in 2006), Adamson only played keyboards at live shows, with additional second vocals on one track which was a RBN UK remix of Straftanz's track named Straftanz - which was also recorded. He produced all the graphic material and logo designs for all forms of the band up until but not including the final release of the full-length album, "City Lights" which was released under the name of Stok:holm. In the months prior to the release of this album, the band and management took the decision to rename the band (in light of the more searchable Rock Band Network and advice from several European DJs in the scene). The decision was also taken to use a different designers artwork for the release which Adamson felt reduced his creative input to the band, and the one gig Stok:holm announced in early 2013 was cancelled. Soon after this Adamson relocated to Edinburgh from just outside London and subsequently decided to suspend any further involvement in Stok:holm. No further music projects have been announced.
