A.k.a. Harold (Bud) Miller Billings

Harold "Bud" Billings (1937-2002) was a American trumpet player who toured with many big bands and performed or recorded with Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Nelson Riddle, Ella Fitzgerald, Marvin Gaye, the Beach Boys, Sammy Davis Jr., and others. In 1970 he moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where he worked as chief engineer at Superior Sound Studios. From 1983 to 1991 he taught at Berklee College of Music. In addition, he worked as an arranger on a number of music television shows.
