Album 2018 on Jomes Records label
Electronic and Rock (Noise, Parody)
Released posthumously after Buff Whinnie's unfortunate death in November of 2017, Freedom Fighters is the eighth studio album by Buff Whinnie and The Christian Templars. The album is a collection of materials recorded before Whinnie's death. As stated in his will, he wished for the recordings to be mixed and released as a studio album which would be heavily centered on the concepts of war, death, and mortality. During the recording sessions to finish the album, the rest of The Christian Templars were plagued with hardship and unfortunate events, further inspiring them to create the album as a landmark dedication to their deceased comrade.
