Born: Septembre 19th 1953 in Berlin, Germany. Burkhardt Seiler is also known as "Zensor". He is the founder of the Zensor record shop and of the Zensor Label in 1979/80. He created the item "Neue Deutsche Welle" together with Hans Keller. This term was used in a Zensor shop advertisement on the Sounds-Journal (8/ 79) for the first time. He is also an organizer for concerts and the owner of the music publisher: "Burkhardt Seiler Musikverlag".
