Jazz saxophonist, born in St Louis, Missouri USA. He began his career in the 1980es, being the tenor in the Jaco Pastorius band between 1983 and 1987. He worked as a session player, for instance with Lennie Kravitz, Thomas Dolby, The Temptations, The Cult and Living Color. He has also appeared as sideman for Senegalese singer Youssou N'dour and Al Green among others.
