A.k.a. Carl Albrecht Fremen Production
C-Fremen was actively involved in shaping the Drum ´n Bass scene in Cape Town, South Africa between 1997 and 2000 alongside 500Mills and Animal Chin of Counterstrike. After relocating to Berlin he released his first collaboration, "See Thru You" on the Cymbalism Recordings "A New Perspective" vinyl series followed by "Confliction", a collaboration with General Sound and "Equation" on the Seattle based imprint, Onset Audio released . In 2009 Carl launched his own imprint, Desert Planet Recordings on which he released "Blue Steel / Heartless" and "Red Dawn / Marked4Def" that same year. In 2010 he released "Stomp / Pure" followed by a 4 track EP titled "Zion". In 2012 he released a single under the C-Fremen moniker, titled "Generation / Invasion"
