Cabal (aka Null Set) was a Baltimore, Maryland post-punk band. They were active from 1981 to 1985. Bill Dawson and Mark Harp had a smaller version of the group that went by the name of Null Set. Before his sudden death from a brief illness in 2004, Mark Harp uploaded the Cabal EP plus demos and live tracks to his website and the Internet Archive.
