Cape Verdean/Dutch hip-hop crew from Rotterdam, Zuid Holland, founded in 1992. Consisting of Vortex Guardian a/k/a Angel ICE, Jay-B, Aureon and Eddie G., and hailing from West-Rotterdam with origins in Cape Verde. The group performed rap in English in the early stages of their career but then later switched to occasional Dutch, focusing on delivering lyrics in Cape Verdean Creole. Cabo Alliance are a pioneering group in the realm of Rap in Cape Verdean Creole, with Eddy Fort Moda Grog going on and enjoying a successful solo career as well.
