Born and raised on the rough streets of Bucharest's south-eastern working-class neighborhood of Pantelimon in Romania, Caddy founded B.U.G. Mafia in 1993 after meeting producer and songwriter Tataee on the street. He contributed vocals on every B.U.G. Mafia album and also wrote lyrics for various other Romanian artists.
