Cage Decay is the brainchild of Kevin Potts, also known for his side projects Kaltesglas and Bloodflowers. Cage Decay began as an Industrial/EBM project that combined tribal beats with rhythmic NOISE and dark ambient. The music has evolved into a much more dance-oriented realm, and the current tracks extend beyond classic industrial to meld drum 'n' bass, NOISE and trance into shameless four-on-the-floor stompers. Most of Cage Decay's releases are self-released CD-R's. They include 3 full-length albums and 5 singles/mini-albums. Potts also made remixes for such artists as Project Mercury and Nothing Box. In addition, some of Cage Decay's exclusive tracks have appeared on a number of compilations.
