Juno Download Review: We are blessed here with some serious stepper flavour as Cam Lasky steps up on Kwaioto for his Shinonome project. We are gifted two absolutely storming originals and a fantastic remix to celebrate the 14th edition of Occulted City. Kicking off with 'Assassin Ogress', a swampy ode to galvanizing sub weight and crunchy percussive movements. This leads perfectly into 'Dark Katana' which utilizes aggressive orchestral drum rolls intertwined with choppy bass synths, eerie atmospherics and growling reeses to create some serious tension. On remix duty, Babie GION steps up with his spacey 'Geisha Calm' revamp of 'Assassin Ogress', rounding off an impressive project with real finesse.
