DJF 250 SERVICE MANUAL A new DJ mix series, DJF kicked off after enormous success and public demand from the mix up series ´MIX UP´ which was produced and supervised by Takkyu Ishino. The series was highly acclaimed by press across the world including Mix Mag and Muzik. The mix series is titled DJF - DJ Friendship and is again supervised by Takkyu Ishino who has established a wide network of DJs through his DJ career in Europe. DJF 250 is mixed by Carl Cox, the champion of Europe´s dance music field, leading the scene since the early warehouse days in the deep past of acid house in the 80´s and through the hard core whistle posse years. Despite all his global trekking, Carl Cox has also ventured the film industry, starring in ´Human Traffic` a film about club culture and the world of fashion, DJing for top designer Thierry Mugler at his Paris fashion show. Cox was invited again as one of the main DJ´s at the Love Parade, the biggest techno festival which attracts more the 1,000,000 people all over the world. He also plans to visit Japan again for DJ sets in the near future. Compiled & DJ Mixed by Carl Cox The mix was recorded live on June 26 ´98 at Sham Studios in Horsham, onto 2x Technics 1210´s, a Vestax PCM46 and a DCR 1200 effect processor.
