Noted Tennessee fiddler 58 years old died on (12/11/12 ) after suffering a massive stroke at his home in Hendersonville A fixture on the fiddle contest circuit, where he claimed many championships, and had previously worked as a clogger on the Grand Ole Opry. Fiddling and dancing were his twin passions, and he is said to have played a central role in organizing a number of clogging groups in Middle Tennessee.
