Carlo Marangon (Adria, 3 gennaio 1945 – Prato, 11 ottobre 1989) was an italian singer, composer and songwriter In 1951 he moved to Prato where, at the age of nine years, he began to study music by Maestro Giulio Gabbiani. He started writing songs in 1963. He played piano and sang with many bands until 1965, when he founded Los Hermanos with his brother Luigi, Michele Parise and Roberto Beltrame. Together they participated in the Torneo Nazionale Rapallo Davoli, where they ranked 35th out of 140 groups. They were noticed by Italian Yank record label, which acquired and released three songs. Later, seven more songs were added and a LP was produced, Dolce Compagnia. In 1970, he left Los Hermanos and began working as a piano bar player on cruise ships. In the early 80s, he returned to Prato and performed in clubs all over Tuscany. Accompanied throughout his life by diabetes, he died prematurely in Prato following the complications of this disease.
