Single US on Blackbean And Placenta Tape Club label
Rock (Shoegaze, Indie Rock)
"Recorded and mixed at SOS and at home, in the late summer and early winter, 1996." The jacket is a blank, white cardboard sleeve, with a 5" by 3.5" photo on glossy photo paper glued to the front. The band name appears on a 2.25" by 0.5" strip of printer paper which is also glued to the sleeve, below the photograph. A 8.5" by 5.75" strip of printer paper containing the song titles, credits, thanks, and contact information is glued to the back. Side 2 does not contain any audio, although it does feature silent grooves (i.e. it isn't completely flat like most blank sides). The stylus will actually track the grooves just as it would any regular, audio-containing grooves, as opposed to moving immediately to the inside, like when reaching the deadwax. Some copies contain a one-sided 7" by 4" sheet of paper which shows then-upcoming (Spring 1997) releases on the Blackbean & Placenta Tape Club label, as well as contact information.
