Also worked with the Halifax Police Department and was a founding member of a police Rock'n Roll band called Blue Thunder 1976 - 2003 and played in The ELI Band. Teamed up with Marty Williams (6) to form Ced and Marty in 2009 then Ced, Marty & Dave in 2013.
