Born: April 6, 1953 in Monterrey, México. Singer, musician and composer often referred as "El Rebelde del Acordeón". He is a pioneer of the fusion of tropical styles and started his career in the early 80's. Since the late 80's he has also performed under the name "Celso Piña y Su Ronda Bogotá".
