Cengiz Kurtoğlu (born 1959) is a Turkish music artist. He was born in 1959 in Artvin, Turkey. He worked as a civil servant at a tea factory in Artvin and migrated to Istanbul in 1982.In 1985 his first album "Sen Sözden Anlamaz Mısın?" was released . His later albums helped him building a fan group called as Cengizciler (Fans of Cengiz). In 2010 Cengiz Kurtoğlu released an album called "Sessizce".
