Censurados

Band,
Rock, Pop and Alternative
A.k.a. Censurados

The band was born in Madrid at the beginning of the year 2001, guided by the musical concerns and the friendship that Víctor Martínez "El Moro" (bass and voice) and Aarón Pérez (drums) had together. After Taneti and David Jiménez joined the crew as the guitarists and finally Carlos Badanelli does the drums. In March 2007 they released their first album "El Tiempo Todo Locura" with the DFX RECORDS label. The disc is recorded at the XLR studios in Madrid and is handled by Lin Chang (Coilbox). It has the luxury collaborations of Fernando Madina (Reincidentes), Natxo Melcón (Hirurko) and Enrique Villarreal "El Drogas" (Barricada). There begins the tour "Creerás Soñar Despierto" 2007, tour that takes them to the hundred concerts throughout the peninsula. Two video clips of the album "Soñar despierto" were made, one as the original track is and the other an unplugged version. Both got good feckback and were broadcasted in television through musical channels. With this first work called "The Time All Madness", they got the following awards: - Revelation Group 2007 Rockculture. - Best rock album 2007 (magazine LHMagazin) - Revelation Group 2007 marearock.com - 2nd revelation group 2007 manerasdevivir.com - 10th best song modosdevivir.com A year later, his second work "Suerte", also in the hands of DFX Records, recorded at OASIS Studios in Madrid and produced by Jorge Escobedo (Sôber). In this case we were very lucky to count on Kutxi Romero (Marea) friendship, he offered us his voice to leads the album "Sin Tu Piel". The tour "La Suerte Gira" 2008 will present their second work, they will trtavel to play all across Spain. In 2010, the band gets fully into their third work; by the beginning of the year they had already recorded 12 songs among which "Music" song stands out. In this case we counted on Brígido Duque (KOMA), Juan Carlos Cabano and Kosta Vázquez (BOIKOT), M.A.R.S. (7) (HABEAS CORPUS) and Iker Piedrafita (DIKERS) the collaboration. On January 2011, we released of this album and when we keep working on a tour, a band's presentation developed in different cities and locations as well as big summer festivals like DerrameRock, Aupa Lumbreiras or Festival En Vivo. They got several awards for "Best Rock Album 2011 in Spain" and the public and the press appreciation.
